Please use Npcap (together with Wireshark): Npcap has a feature called 'Raw 802.11 Packet Capture': Npcap is able to see 802.11 packets instead of fake Ethernet packets on ordinary wireless adapters. You need to select the 'Support raw 802.11 traffic (and monitor mode) for wireless adapters' option in the installation wizard to enable this feature.
• When your adapter is in Monitor Mode, Npcap will supply all 802.11 data + control + management packets with radiotap headers. • When your adapter is in Managed Mode, Npcap will only supply 802.11 data packets with radiotap headers. Moreover, Npcap provides the WlanHelper.exe tool to help you switch to Monitor Mode on Windows. See more details about this feature in section 'For software that use Npcap raw 802.11 feature' in the docs.
With Acrylic WiFi and its WLAN NDIS driver you can capture. Tools like Wireshark believe that any WiFi card. Download it here: Download Acrylic WiFi.

Looking for a cheaper Airpcap compatible device? Until the release of, WiFi frames captures on Windows were reserved for those who could buy a fairly expensive hardware, such as the cards, therefore a an alternative to Airpcap was necessary. There are several tools on the market, mostly free as and that capture WiFi on Windows only if a hardware Airpcap card is available. Newbluefx Bundle 3 0 Keygen Download here.
These products make use of an, provided by to integrate with the airpcap hardware and read packets. NDIS driver as an alternative to airpcap adapter * With Acrylic WiFi we have developed an NDIS driver that allows capturing WiFi traffic on Windows natively with of the market and we have developed on it a new library that replaces the original Airpcap.dll library. This new library keeps the compatibility with Airpcap cards and gives a list of additional network interfaces with the alternative USB WiFi cards. This allows you to use any USB WiFi card and to use WiFi cards as an alternative to Airpcap and capture WiFi packets on Windows and to exploit the use of 802.11ac cards to capture traffic on tools like Wireshark under Windows.
There are still some limitations to achieve a fully working Airpcap adapter alternative, as some wlan drivers are still not compatible and 40/80Mhz data packet capture is not ready yet. Is however a good Airpcap replacement. You can find more technical information here: or download our Give a try to, a software compatible with airpcap adapters that also works with alternative WLAN usb cards.
