This a guide that is prepared better than FL did. I read both guides. However, i have still some questions in my mind. Could you please answer them? 1- Why did you install two FL on you PC? What are the advantages of this? 2- How can i do that?
FollowLiker Review – Instagram Edition. Whenever I talk about Instagram automation I frequently mention FollowLiker. Because it rocks. This application allows. Follow Liker Instagram Edition makes your instagram marketing and account management very easy. You can follow users, unfollow users, upload photos, like photos, unlike photos, comment on photos. Your follower and like counts will skyrocket with this amazing tool. You can also do much more with FollowLiker and it is very easy to use.
Do i just need to install FL two times? Are they able to work simultaneously? 3- On comment settings, do i need to open new window for each comment that i will add? Or can i type all my comments on a one window? 4- “Accounts per proxy”: i have 10 accounts on FL. Five of them use my real ip. The others, i assigned an ip that i bought.
So, what number do i need to type that section? 5- “copy to other account(s)” I will use this option to make all the other accounts same as the one i clicked. Is that correct? 6- “queries”: on “popular” section, do i need to add hashtags?
ThePirateBay.TO, Download torrents, music, movies, games, apps, software and much more. The Pirate Bay is the galaxy's most resilient BitTorrent site.
7- “Scheduling photos ” FL support says that if i want to share 1 picture every hour, i need to set photo share limit 1-1 and automation interval 60 minutes. However, when i do that, all my other activities affect.(following) how can i fix it? Sory for my long writing. Thanks in advance! Hi sukru, Thanks a lot for the kind words. I do not install FL twice, I just run two instances of it. The reason is because if you want to bot your accounts (follow, like, comment etc) you have to set your global “Automation Time” to a few minutes (2-4 or something).
If you want to schedule uploads on your accounts, you have to change the “Automation Time” to a few hours (at least for me). This can’t be achieved in a single instance of FollowLiker, so you have to open a new one. You just open the program twice. You don’t have to install it twice. And make sure you create a new project.
You have to open a new window for each comment you add. This is not very necessary if you have used a specific proxy on your accounts. This option is useful if you have a lot of accounts and use the “Global Wizard” to do stuff. Yes, if you want to copy that data from one account to others, use that setting.
However, read the tip I have added inside the tutorial, if you want to only change the settings, you have to make a new fake account, otherwise it will append all the data from the account you are copying from to the others as well. No, for scraping “POPULAR”, you just select “POPULAR” and leave the value as it is. Pretty much why I use two instances of FollowLiker. You open a new instance of FollowLiker, create a new project and upload there. Best regards, Risto.
Hi Risto, I did my setup again and the problem solved. So, I would like to ask about proxies I rented an ip and a vps.
I have ten instagram accounts. Five of them use vps’s ip, the other five use the ip i rented. They are keep going on vps. But, can i access that accounts from my mobile phone(instagram api)?
Or can i access from computer. VPS and the rented ip located on USA and i am in Turkey. What would you do? Can i force the instagram api on my phone to use my ips(vps’ or the rented ip)? Another issue, i cannot use my ip on my pc.
What will i enter on window’s network connections area? It asks me subnetmask, defaultgateway, preferred dns server and alternate dns server. I know only my ip adress. Nothing more.
And i couldn’t achieved to get that numbers from the support team. I will be glad if you can advice me. Hi risto, first of all thanks for this guide, i buy followliker 1 year ago but whith the guide of FL i have many mistakes but with your guide are all ok! I have only 1 question. I wanted to know, I use the program followliker 24h, and I need to connect with the mobile phone, I can do while they are connected to followliker? I post pictures from the cell while followliker use?
I need a proxy instagram even if they are connected with the suid from italy and I connect with my phone always from Italy? If I buy a proxy instagram has Discounted external city then how can I do?
Hi matteo, If I understood correctly, your question is whether you can use FollowLiker to follow, like or comment and post pictures from your phone while FollowLiker is running? If so, yes, you can post pictures. I personally run FollowLiker 24/7 as well and I post picture(s) from my phone sometimes and I have no problems with it. It’s not necessary to use a proxy if you manage up to 3-5 accounts. You could use the same IP address for FollowLiker and your phone, you shouldn’t be having any problems uploading picture(s) while FollowLiker is running.
Just make sure you don’t “spam” by uploading a lot of pictures. Best regards, Risto. Hi siddharth jain, 1. It’s up to you.
I haven’t really tested it, but I think it should work in 1 instance, FLC + unfollowing. Just make sure you set the “Unfollow after (days)” more than 0, because if you have it set to 0, the software might unfollow users from the same day. Use hashtags for scraping users, or posting pictures?
Could you be more specific on your question? You can make an account and name it something related to your niche and post pictures only related to that niche.
That’s basically a niche specific account. Yes, I do have. But I do not post my private information in public, sorry about that.
I’ll add a contact form soon on the site. 🙂 Best regards, Risto. Pleaseeee help. Thanks soooo much for this tutorial I purchased followliker a while ago but I am getting the worst result ever.
I contacted them several times and their response to help is so automated which offeres no help at all. This is the first tutorial with actual details. I have set up my settings and literally only getting about 10 new followers a day.
By the way I’m in the clothing niche. I am a clothing boutique to be specific. I tried changing things around to get better results and nothing seems to work. I am willing to pay someone to help me with my settings to get it to work properly if needed. But 10 followers daily is simply horrible. Below are my settings. Only getting on average 5 new followers a day (that is insanly bad) 2.
My comments limit is stopping at only 50 when it used to go to 200 comments a day. All together, i am getting horrible results. Hi Sjess, First of all, I’m sorry to hear that.
Getting 5-10 followers a day is pretty bad if you ask me, especially if you are botting. Instagram updated their algorithms to prevent spam in comments a few months ago and since then people are having troubles commenting. The best you can do in this case is to write several comments, each of them unique and spinned. Also, try not to mention any users in your comments (@username) because they have protection for that as well.
If it’s necessary for you to mention users in comments, at least don’t do it in all of your comments, have some normal comments without any mentions. If you don’t plan on following any users, using the “Scrape User” feature is not necessary. You only need “Scrape Photo” for liking/commenting. I would say your settings are good, maybe your comments are a bit too many but other than that, it’s all good. The last thing you should look at is your scraping settings, they might be the reason why you’re not getting many followers. And also, you should consider giving following a try, if you get good results off it, you can keep doing it, otherwise you can stop.
But in my experience so far, following brings pretty much the most followers. Best regards, Risto. Hi Risto, Great blog post and I appreciate all your efforts helping people here.
Im having the same issue with transferring my FollowLiker settings and profiles to vps. Ive followed everything in the Misc>FAQ section with copying Data/dp_dump/Followliker zip to VPS FL installation and removing the log files.
It still will not open on my VPS and Im trying to avoid having to setup each individual account and settings again. Is there anything I could be doing wrong? Is it because its still installed on my MAC? Regards WolfGang. I’m having a problem with FLC settings: 1 – I’m using an automation interval of 1-2 mins 2 – Scraping user from 3 accounts with the FLC: (40 users, top results) 3 – Scraping Photos (with FLC:) 2 pics, top results. 4 – 5-8 Following limit 20-30 delay 5 – 10-16 Like limit 10 – 15 delay (doubled “follow” settings) The problem: in statistics the results are like 200 follows vs 60 likes, where is suppossed be 200 follows and (follows*2) likes. Also, I noticed its only liking 2 photos per task, but 5-8 follows per task.
Hi Risto Thanks for the guide! It’s exactly what a lot of people have been looking for. I run about 30 accounts and only use the liking feature paired up with the scrape user. I originally had my settings to I would scrape 5 users with Normal search and FLC:username. This was paired with scrape photo, 2, and again FLC:username matching the scrape user. About 48hours ago this failed.
I contacted Followliker and they said that we now need to select scrape user with User’s follower and FLC:usernam. However, my results have been shit ever since. Hi Leon, This is a weird behavior.
It’s really hard to tell what could be causing this, but most of the times bad results are caused by the way you scrape users/photos. Check FollowLiker statistics, see if it really reaches the limit of follows/likes. If it does, good, otherwise you might check why your settings. Other than that, you can check your scraped data in the second screen, you can try removing the old data and focus on the new one instead only. Lastly, if none of the above fixes the problem, you can try altering your scraping settings, maybe new hashtags/usernames or lowering the amount of users/hashtags and see which ones perform better and stick to them. Best regards, Risto. Hi, I really love your guides!
I’ts the best 🙂 I just have some questions, 1. I applied your settings, FLC:username (normal search) in the Scrape User Settings. I put 4 usernames with big followers, However I noticed after running 6 hrs, my 3 accounts only followed 40-50 users. My automation setting interval is 2-4 minutes.
Any Idea what that happened? I also applied FLC:username (Relevant) in the Scrape Photo Setting, I rechecked the Wizard setting while the account is running and I noticed, the bot added some in there like, Query:username, Query Type: User’s Photo, I think its about 30-40 new field’s in there. Is that normal? I hope you could answer my questions 🙂 Thanks and Regards, Stephen. Hi sir, thanks for your response. I have one question about FLC setting.
I read on the FL guide “Enter “FLC:” into the “Query” field, select “Relevant” as “Query Type” and save. (Add this query only once)” but your guide says, Choose “Relevant” as “Query Type” and “FLC:username” as “Query” value. Replace “username” in the value of “Query” with the username of the account whose followers you want to follow.
So I’m somewhat confuse. What is the right word to input in the Relevant field? Is it “FLC:” only or “FLC:(username)” thank you. Hi, Yes there is a way. However, you have to send a support ticket to FollowLiker to reset your license, because you can only use their software on one computer.
To backup the data follow these steps (these are for Mac users only). Close all opened instances of the software. Right-click on “Finder” and select “Go to Folder”. Type “/Users” in the field and click the “Go” button. Double-click the “Home” icon in the opened folder. Double-click the “Follow Liker” folder, then the “mdb” folder. Compress/zip the “data” folder only.
Still inside “mdb” folder, double-click the “bin” folder. Compress/zip the “db_dump” folder only. Go to “Documents”, locate the “Follow Liker” folder, then compress/zip the folder. Move each compressed/zipped file to a backup device. Best regards, Risto. Hi sir, thanks for your response. I have one question about FLC setting.

Is it “FLC:” only or “FLC:(username)” thank you. Hi, 1) Yes, one proxy = one IP address.
A proxy is basically an IP address. 2) I’m not sure how safe is that. That means 10 accounts under the same IP address. I personally wouldn’t do that, but if you have no other choice I understand your reasons.
3) Nothing, you will have to run the bot on your personal computer. 4) I’m not sure what you mean about the Windows 8 part, but I have 2 recommended VPS providers on the right side of my blog. 5) I don’t understand your question. There is always a ‘risk’ in Internet Marketing. But if you’re wise and play it smartly, you will most likely never get in trouble.
Best regards, Risto. Hi, This post is very helpful Great work! But I have a question. In “liking photos” you write: “I personally recommend using the “Relevant” query type. It gives you the opportunity to scrape photos based on a particular keyword or hashtag, which is very useful.” I have 3 accounts with 3 different niches: – photo with motivational quotes – quotes from movies – hot girls I know how to set up “follow setting”, but how to set up “liking setting” in this niches? Example: My followers in “hot girls” account niche don’t use any hashtags or keywoords, they have usually 2 or 3 photos, and they are men, it’s not a lot information.
How to set up followliker to found pictures of people who are interested in this niche? Sorry for my English and thank you in advance for your answer Kamil.
Hi, I insatlled FL onto my VPS and copied my current project onto the new installed version, and it worked for a few hours. Then it stopped.
FL gave me a message saying the files were corrupt. I tried to restart FL and it won’t work even when I reinstall it onto my VPS. I went back to my laptop to see if it still working and it works fine. The only problem is now when I check my activity log, it says already following user. So basically its trying to follow users that i am already following.
I think this happened because I operated on VPS for a few hours and then when it crashed I didn’t update the files on my laptop. Does this sound accurate to you?
So I have a few questions: 1. Do you think FL stopped working on my VPS because it was already installed on my laptop? How can I successfully transfer to my VPS 3. How can I fix it to where FL is no longer trying to follow users who I am already following? Is there a solution, or do i just have to wait until it cycles through all of those ppl again?
It’s possible, because as far as I know, FollowLiker can only be installed on one computer and it’s locked with hardware ID. Hence, if you have installed it on your VPS, you won’t be able to use it on your laptop and otherwise. You have to send them a ticket and ask for a license reset. You have to first send a ticket to FollowLiker team and ask them to reset your license and then install the software on the VPS. After that move the backups. You could try clearing the scraped users and let FollowLiker scrape new ones if it’s trying to follow the same users. Make sure you tick “Show Advanced Options” and in the second screen click “Scraped Users”.
Best regards, Risto. Hello thanks again for this amazing tutorial! I have a questions I have 3 account running on a VPS.
The problem is that followliker is not putting out the number of likes it supposed to be putting out. Here are my current settings General: automation level: 4-6min I am running the following: Scrap user Follow Scrape photo Like Unfollow I am shuffling tasks. Hi Risto, I have just a few more questions. My general automation interval is currently set at 20-40 seconds, and I am running follow like settings on 3 accts. Do you think thats too low?
My main acct activity log ha been saying that max limit of follows have been reached and its not even half way through the day yet. Does that mean my settings are too high, also should I turn it off once it says daily limits have been reached? My personal acct has reached close to 7500 followers. It started giving errors, I’m guessing because close to total follow limit.
Any suggestions on settings for once you get close to 7500. Also what are good unfollow settings? If you’re doing FLC, I think it’s alright, considering FLC does only 1 like per task, you need lower delay if you want to reach your limits. If you’re not doing FLC, it might be too low. I wouldn’t use such a low delay without using FLC. I don’t think so, I also reach the limits in less than 24 hours but I keep running FollowLiker anyway, it won’t follow/like anymore after reaching the limits, it will only update the counters of your account(s).
What kind of errors? And I’m currently having issues with unfollowing due to new updates on Instagram 2 days ago. Trying to figure out new settings now. Best regards, Risto.
Hey again Risto! Quick question(s). 1) -In Scrape Followers I have “FLC:username” and “User’s Followers”. -In Scrape Photos I have “FLC:username” and Relevant upon doing this, my Scrape Photo is FILLED with thousands of queries in the form of Users, which have the Query type “User’s Photo” Is this normal?
2) I notice that you have a very low scrape photo limit (2-3) when you do the FLC-tactic, while you have a very much higher number when you like based on hashtags, etc. Right now I am adding BOTH queries in the form of FLC:username and general #hashtags & keywords at the same time (when scraping PHOTOS), is this counter-productive? Should I only do one at a time? For example: two weeks do only FLC:username, next two weeks only do #hashtags and keywords.
Thank you Risto!!!!! Hey im sorry to bother you i was curious to know that when i enter specific queries an i wanted to add multiple hashtags or keywords for a specific query type do i have to create new queries every time for each hash tag or can i use a comma followed by a space then the other word? For example if my query type is set to relevant an i wanted multiple hash tags used do i need to set multiple relevant query types followed by 1 hash tag or can i do lets say #followliker, #followlikers, #follower, #follow, #etc, #etc etc. Thank you for the quick response! After 5 days of everything working nicely it just slowed down by alot. I checked to see if I can follow, like etc manually on my phone and that all works there.
I also check my FL software on my computer and all is normal there. Im only running one account. The other thing I noticed is, I set to unfollow after 3 days, it wasnt doing that function at all. I manually unfollowed slowly to prevent myself from being temp banned 1.Should I remove this project and redo it again?
Or do I have to change the settings of users and/or hashtags? Hi, I do tend to grow engagement on my accounts as well. Followers don’t mean much if your engagement is bad. Engagement plays a bigger role than amount of followers, so keep it up 🙂 1. Yes, there is, you have to upload them in your following list manually, then check only “Unfollow” and don’t retrieve existing followers and followings.
I don’t think there is a way. There used to be a way long time ago but a few months ago Instagram introduced a new limit which shows only 120 users maximum that liked a picture. That caused all the tools to stop working, because they can’t see all the likers/commenters of your pictures. Best regards, Risto. Hello Sir: I have found your great guide about Followliker.
Before I buy this product through your link, I have some questions: 1) Can I use Bluestacks for using IG on my desktop or can I use IG on my desktop without any software? 2) I want to start with 30 IG Accounts. How many proxies do I need and where can I get them? 3) Do I need some special Hosting Account for the proxies?
I only have the babyplan by Hostgator? If yes, what would you recommand me? 4) What niches would you recommand to earn some good money? Thanks a lot for any help.
Best Regards Peter Huber. Hi Risto, Thank you so much for the article! Helped me loads! I was wondering with the settings that you showed above for (following, unfollowing, commenting and liking) how many followers are you gaining per day? Do you think that those settings are maximising efficiency? I want to gain more followers per day so I want your opinion on whether I can/should up those numbers and still stay in the safe zone? If so, how often should I increase the numbers and how much each time?
Thanks again! Best Regards, Chris. I had a question about setting up multiple queries for scrape user settings. Lets say for example, that I want to run a project which scrapes user’s follower with the hypothetical account names of, “bicycles, skateboards, and pogos”. 1.) Is there a way to separate the values for the query? (Can I simply create one query and list multiple words separated by commas? Install Camera Raw Photoshop Cs5 Portable Mac more. ) 2.) When you have multiple queries listed, does FWL scrape only the users who match all the listed conditions, or does FWL scrape users who match any of the listed conditions?
Hi, 1) If you create one query with multiple values, it will take it as one query and will attempt to search for users with the exact query, which is not really ideal. For example if you add #fitness #girl #gym as one query, it will attempt to search for users that used all the 3 hashtags in their picture. 2) When you add multiple queries, each one is taken individually. So if you have 3 different queries for #fitness #girl and #gym, it will search them independently from each other.
It will search for #fitness, then for #girl and then for #gym. Best regards, Risto.
Hello Many thanks for your time and this amazing tutorial!! This is the first day that i am using FL and i got about 50 followers in about 550 following!!! I am very sad! Every time i am changing setting when i get information in this tutorial! I bought this FL to handle & boost my client accounts.
So I need a strategy to how should I start thinking and set all my needs correctly!! Can u plz help me how can I create queries in: 1- scrape user settings 2- scrape photo settings 3-crawl setting i didn’t understand all it!! 4- when i am trying to import queries from external file should i change query type for each of them!?!?as example an account is about (finance business & advisor on Family Business) and this client need to boost his account in 3 countries only! 5- should I use in query hashtags or keywords and plz give an idea how can I start collect queries for my works as brainstorming!?!
THANKS VERY MUCH RISTO for all the answers with apologize to prolong Questions! Hi, To create queries simply right click in the table and then select “New”. Then follow the instructions. I’ve explained this part in the tutorial as well.
The same also applies for scraping photos as well. However, make sure that you have checked both boxes for scraping users and photos in the first screen of the wizard. Crawl is used for scraping posts from a RSS-feed, which FL will use to post on your account(s). If are importing queries, they will be imported as they were when you exported them. There won’t be any changes made, so if you need to change anything, you will have to do it again. I would recommend hashtags, as keywords are not really good source of scraping users/photos.
Pretty much everyone on Instagram uses hashtags. To understand hashtags and choose the best one, you should do your own research in your niche and see which hashtags are the highest performing and from there you can do more research and see which other hashtags the users are using. Then take everything you got from your research and think which of those hashtags would be the most useful in your campaign and try them out. Best regards, Risto. Hi, I’m running one Instagram account (email verified, phone verified, 1 year old, 50K followers), and I’m managing it with my phone to upload photos, change profile pic, like etc.
But I want to use FollowLiker in a VPS with a Proxy to make the Follow/Unfollow work. So, have I a risk of ban if I’m using my Phone with an IP from my country, while FollowLiker is running with a Proxy from another country? Instagram Will see two activities, from 2 different countries. Do you think it could be a problem or IG is tolerant with that? Thanks a lot, Have a Nice Day. Hi, I wouldn’t recommend you getting a very strong VPS for FollowLiker only, because it doesn’t need a lot of resources to run. If you’re just getting started and probably won’t be using a lot of accounts, you should get the smallest possible plan (usually costs like ~$20).
I personally recommend and. As you grow bigger and start managing more accounts, you can upgrade your plan.
But I definitely recommend starting low. There is no point in buying a very strong VPS and not using even half of the resources it offers.
Best regards, Risto. Hello, Thanks for the great tutorial. It’s actually way much better than the tutorial provided in FollowLiker website! I have few simple questions regarding the General Settings. Since I’m operating only 1 account for now, do I need to change “Account Threads” to “1” I mean is there a difference if the value is set to “15” or “30” and I’m operating only 1 account? 2) Do you think it’s safe to lower the automation interval in global settings from 2-4 to lower values? My account is 3 years old 15k followers.
Risto, First of all, I’m a fan of your work. I’ve seen your comments and support in a well-known forum and they are always top notch. I started to follow your guide about FL for IG and I have a question with regards to the followers section. You mentioned that. I have tried all of the query types in FollowLiker and I have had the best results with “Users Who Liked” and “Users Who Commented“.
However, recently Instagram introduced a new limit which allows you to only see up to 120 users maximum, therefore you will have to regularly update the queries if you want to use these query types.” That being said, how often do you recommend changing those queries? I’m planning to use those and I have a pool of photos already selected. Thanks again for your help and keep up the great work.
Hi Risto, Everything was running smoothly, then Instagram sent an e-mail to all 4 of my accounts saying they detected suspicious activity and had to reset my password. So I did that and can log in to all of them with my phone, however, now Followliker can’t login.
It gives a 404 error as if the page was moved or deleted (but it hasn’t been) and it says to verify username and password because it can’t log in although the login info is correct. I’ve tried stopping and starting the projects as well as reloading them and even restarting Followliker. Any thoughts? Thanks Risto, I noticed that following user’s followers is way faster and way less painful.
Thanks again for your advice. I configured FL successfully and it has been running fine; however, I came up with a question. I used to use Instagress, and that platform has an option where you can select your unfollow source, if you selected Instagress, then all the users that you followed manually were not going to be unfollowed.
It was a very handy feature. Do we have something similar in FL? Is there any way to keep manual followed users out of the unfollowing algorithm?
Or do I have to whitelisted every time? Have a great day! Risto, Big thanks on this AWESOME write up. I’ve been toying around with FL since buying it last week with following/unfollowing, liking and commenting. Following your success with ‘users who commented’ and ‘users who liked’ I am going to try my hand at these.
Previously, I was putting hashtags as the query for ‘users who commented’ and ‘users who liked’ but then it dawned on me that it must be a user’s name in the query. (^ ^) 1)Is there anyway to set presets for days I want to follow or unfollow, comment & DM etc?
2)When DM’ing new followers, who do adjust my settings so I am not DM’ing old followers? Thanks a ton! Thank you Risto! Hi Megan, That’s very unfortunate. I highly doubt the bans were caused by the settings.
I know people who have used a lot higher settings with brand new accounts and didn’t have any bans. The ban is probably related to something else. But it’s hard for me to say what, because I don’t have enough information about your accounts. Number one reason for ban is links. That’s for sure.
If you have had any links on your accounts, be careful how and when you add them. If you have been posting the same content over and over or spamming, you should avoid that as well. Don’t use sites like addmefast and so on. Best regards, Risto. Hey Risto, i have a question regarding my FollowLiker.
It seems the unfollowing/following rate does not reflect the real numbers. This is what im talking about: oi64.tinypic.com/2pyyozl.jpg you can see it shows unfollows number is “537” but my following number is only reduced from 5165 to 5054 which is less than 200.i noticed this is not only for this account but for all of my accounts. Every time followliker said it has unfollowed 500 accounts, in reality it only unfollow about 150-250 accounts. Same case with following new accounts. When it says it has followed 500 accounts, actually it only followed 300-400 accounts. Not sure why.
Is this issue that common? I am not using VPS at the moment and I only use it on my PC, is it because of this? Is this kind of issue common and what’s the solution? Thanks For the feedback Risto.
One more, I am on an OSX and I see many screen shots from Windows users running followliker having multiple projects/settings going on for a single account that they can save and alternate between for example Liking/commenting and unfollowing etc. Am I missing something completely about saving settings to use at a later time or do I have to adjust them within the wizard each and every time I want to FLC or unfollow, comments etc.? I’m aware that multitasking is possible but I want to isolate my functions sometimes and not have to go into the wizard and change the parameters each time. Thanks again dude! Tocofit (asu242 on BHW). Hi Risto, Thanks for this great tutorial. I have a problem with 1 of my account.
In the FL “activity log” it said, the account followed certain users but the “actual” Following is not adding any users at all I’ve checked the FAQ at the FL site and find it’s not working for this particular issue at all: Here is the FAQ: 1. Something is wrong with the settings. Solution: Check the “Follow” and “Scrape User” boxes on the first page of the wizard.
Add more “user search queries” and set “Follower to Following Ratio” to 0.00 Follow checked Scrape user: suggested users following ratio: 0.00 2. The session cookies are corrupt.
Solution: Close and relaunch the software. Click this menu: “File->Clear->All Session Cookies” and try again. There are too many usernames in the Blacklist table. Solution: Clear the “Blacklist” table of that account or project and try again. I have no “blacklist” 4.
You are following private users. The number of private users followed are not usually added to the “Followings” count by some social media networks (especially Instagram). So, when you follow private users, you won’t notice any change in your account’s Following count, until the private users approve your ‘follow requests’. The users is not private users I’ve checked their accounts on Instagram one by one 5. A limit has been imposed on your account, as a result of following or unfollowing too many users within a short period. Solution: Set “Delay Follow” to 25-30 seconds and reduce the “Daily Follow Limit” to about 250-300 or lower, temporarily.
Then, pause the account for about 24-48 hours and try again after that. You should also run the follow and unfollow tasks separately at different times. I still can “follow” using my cellphone & through web instagram.com ( so the account is not banned at all ) 6. The data files of the project are corrupt. Solution: You should rebuild the project.
Click this menu: “Help->Optimize Data”, then click the “Rebuild Project” button. If rebuilding the project doesn’t work, create a new project. I’ve created 1 new project, specific for testing this issue but it’s still not working the “Activity log” said “following” but the following is not increasing and I’ve checked the user ( that suppposed tobe followed by FL ) but the user is not followed at all I hope you can help. Hi Risto, First of all, thank you so much for this guide! You have great writing style.
Very easy for anyone to understand. 🙂 Much appreciated. I have a few questions: 1. Do I need to have my laptop on 24/7 in order for FL to run? I’m guessing so. Can I just run this in another laptop? I have a spare one at home.
Or is there way to get pass this with just using one? You mentioned you use it 24/7 on a server. What does that mean? How do you do it? Do I need an individual proxy for individual account. Currently only running one account with no proxy but planning on running more later.
How do you do DeCaptcha or DeathByCaptcha? Is it a separate service I have to subscribe to in order to get the username and password? Sorry if these have been answered already! I appreciate your help man. Hi Risto, Something really bothers me for a long time and I can not find the right answer, hopefully you can help me. Is it true, that after I hit 7500 following or lower number, I need to wait 24 hours to start unfollowing? Some people say, that you can follow and unfollow in the same day do you recommend this?
I’ve followed your Instagram Journey on BHW from the very start, but I didn’t find the answer to this. When do you personally start unfollowing with your accounts? After you hit a big number like 7500 followers or lower? I took me like 1 week to unfollow all 7500 people, but it felt like 1 month:/ Thanks 🙂. Hi Risto I am still a little confused about the proxies and VPS and have following questions for starting with 15 IG Accounts: 1) How many IP address do I need for that? 2) Where can I find the proxies and the VPS?
3) How much does a proxy and a VPS cost? 4) Do I need to run my windows laptop 24 hours for running the FL and VPS? 5) Do you have an example for a good looking IG profile with bio for marketing purposes? 6) Can I still use bluestacks on my laptop or is a similar one available for my laptop? Thanks a lot for your great answers. Best Regards, Peter. Hi, 1) If you can afford it, you could use 15 different proxies.
One for each account. If you’re on budget, I’d recommend at least 5 proxies, one per 3 accounts. 2) You can find them anywhere. I have added recommended websites in my blog on the right sidebar. 3) Both are paid monthly. A VPS would cost you like $15 per month most likely. A small one to run FL only.
Proxies will cost you a little bit more. 4) No, you don’t have to run your laptop 24/7 if you get a VPS. The VPS will run 24/7 for you. That’s why you get it. 5) I don’t have any particular examples.
If you’re out of ideas, it’s a good idea to check out the competition and see how they do it. 6) Sure you can.
MEmu is another good emulator 🙂 Best regards, Risto. Hello risto, Thanks for the tutorial, you’re awesome!
I have some questions though and would appreciate any answers: 1. Lets say i want to manage 50+ account, and i buy the proxies, i should enter the proxies 50+ times manually? Then why does the software ask how many accounts i want to run per proxy if i have to enter them manually? 2.If i want to run those 50 accounts and share photos on them, from what i understand i have to run 2 instances of followliker, one for photos and one for tasks? To run 100 accounts using followliker, should i run 2 instances, 1 for photos and one for tasks? Or run 4 instances, 50 threads each instance?
To run 100 accounts, with photo scheduling, how powerful of a vps should i get? Ram, cores, etc? Could you recommend me a vps? What host do you use if i may ask? 😀 6.I see people buying SIM cards and stuff, why can’t i use 1 number for my accounts? What if i dont verify them using a number at all, would that hurt me somehow?
Lastly, do you think I’d be better off with massplanner for “mass” accounts? You can also use the “Proxy Manager” and it will assign the proxies randomly to accounts. But I recommend sticking the same proxy to each account every time. Yes, correct.
I think you can run both ways. Either should be fine. You can get a small to medium size VPS. To be on the safe side, I would recommend 2-4GB RAM and 1-2 cores. I have recommendations on my blog sidebar (right side).
Instagram does not allow 1 number to be used unlimited amount of times. I don’t think so. FL is better for “mass” accounts than MP. I am also working on my own bot, so if you can wait, it might help you out.
Best regards, Risto. Hey Risto, Thanks for the guide! I am trying to follow and like, but not comment. I’ve followed your steps closely. When I watch what happens in the log. It will follow a bunch of people, then find one person(i think the first person it followed) and like three of their photos. It will then wait and do the next batch of follows followed by likeing the photos of just one person.
I thought it was supposed to give 1-3 likes to all of the people that it followed. Is there something that I am doing wrong or messed up in the settings? Hi Risto, Thanks for the great tutorial!
I am planning to run BOTH “follow” and “like” features ( thus the checkboxes for “scrape user” and “scrape photo” are also checked/enabled). My settings for “follow” and “like” are 200 per day (So 200 follows / 200 likes per day). Since both of my settings are pretty low, what # do you recommend for “scrape user limit” and “scrape photo limit”? Currently, your instruction indicates 40 each. But since my daily settings are low, I am wondering if I should also lower the scrap user/photo limits as well. If so, what number do you suggest?
(20?) Thank you. Outstanding Tutorial Risto The problem that I’m seeing under my statistics per account is that my likes are 1000-1700, but my follows is 15-30 and unfollow is 0. What should I change under my settings in order for it to start following and unfollowing more? Auto Interval: 2-4 mins Settings: (Follow User) Follower to Following Ratio; 1.2 Follow Limit: 10-15 Daily Follow Limit: 250-300 Delay Follow: 15-30 (Unfollow User) Follower to Following Ratio: 0.9 Unfollow after 0 Days Unfollow Limit: 10-20 Daily Unfollow Limit: 250-300 Delay Unfollow: 20-25 I have 90 (User’s Followers) Thanks Risto. Hi again Risto! 🙂 No, I mean I’ll set the schedule time for each instances, so all the project will run in different time. I’ll give you example to make it clear: 1.
1st instances for following at 09:00-21:00 2. 2nd instances for unfollowing at 21:00-09:00 3. 3rd instances for photo sharing 2/3 times a day or more And they all are the same account, and run all day 24/7 but they have their own scheduled time.
How do you think? With this setting I can leave it without switching to follow/unfollowing every 9:00 and 21:00 o’clock right? So you want to run different tasks at different times.
However, running 3 instances of it, I don’t know how good is that. A downside is that FollowLiker will probably generate 3 different device IDs for each instance for each account. So that means you’ll be logged from 3 devices at the same time (not including anything else other than FL). And also, doing following and unfollowing all at the same day isn’t very good based on my experiences. But you should try it. I personally don’t think that you can get banned for pushing the limits. You will get temporary blocked from following/unfollowing, but not disabled permanently.
If it works well, keep at it! 🙂 Best regards, Risto. Hi Adam, 1) The benefits are that your tasks will not be ran in the same order every time. They will be shuffled.
Hence it’s harder to detect the pattern and will look less robotic. 2) I don’t use it always. I don’t run many tasks at once. I usually run 1-2 tasks so shuffling through each of them won’t really change much in my opinion.
3) I use the same project for both following and unfollowing. When the account reaches 7,500 followings I manually uncheck the following and check the unfollowing task.
Best regards, Risto.
FollowLiker Review – Instagram Edition Whenever I talk about Instagram automation I frequently mention FollowLiker. Because it rocks.
This application allows you to swiftly automate any Instagram task imaginable, giving you control and speed over your Instagram growth. I have decided to do a FollowLiker review to answer frequent questions I’m asked when you are debating to purchase this application. Just to mention before you read this review. I have not been paid or asked by FollowLiker to create this review. It’s a 100% honest look at the application and my thoughts on it.
I do however include an affiliate link to this product which gives me a small fee if you purchase a license and it won’t effect the cost at all for you. So let’s get in to the good stuff, the actual review. I’m going to be talking about 6 main areas I believe will answer any pre-purchase questions you have.
These include: 1. Introduction 2. Features of FollowLiker 3. Pricing and licenses 4. Application complexity/support 5. Results from automation 6.
Conclusion If you have any further questions after, leave a comment at the end of the post and i’ll respond as quickly as I can. Alright, lets jump in to it.
Introduction to FollowLiker and it’s features FollowLiker is an application which allows you to automate your Instagram account as if you were using it manually. Simple as that. It’s using Instagrambut you don’t have to use your hands!
It has lots of great features which include all Instagram tasks (liking, following, uploading etc) and provides lots of flexibility with what you want to do with those tasks through settings. In addition, to get the application you will need to purchase a license. It’s only a $55 one-time payment for lifetime access. But I’ll talk more about pricing in part 2.
So if you end up grabbing a copy of FollowLiker, which you can do by you will need a computer to be powered on and running for the application to run your Instagram account. In this FollowLiker review there are 3 videos which will cover the features, pricing, application complexity, results and conclusion. In the final video (part 4) I have included an extra bonus to access my. 2) Pricing and application complexity FollowLiker is ONLY $55 for the one account license including lifetime access. FollowLiker is a steal when you think about it on a larger scale. People get paid everyday to manage social media accounts (thats around $160/day at $20/hour).
And thats a very low rate. See what I’m saying?
You can manage a social media account, Instagram in this case, effortlessly and for free after purchasing a license of course Now there’s three different license options you can purchase with FollowLiker: 1 account, 5 accounts and unlimited accounts. These just mean how many Instagram accounts you can run on the program at once. I recommend you start with the 1 account license and upgrade later if necessary. This let’s you get comfortable using the software and see if its right for you. Then you always have the option to only pay the difference when you upgrade your license later. Now is the application hard to use?
Yes and no – hear me out here. FollowLiker is very simple once you get familiar using it. Just like anything.
However, the hard part is making sure you understand the importance of settings and keeping in mind that the way you target your audience is the key to success. However without going in to much detail about settings and targetingbecause that is a whole other topic you can find out lots of information about this on my and which will help you out. Anyway, let’s check out the video review where you can learn more about pricing and the application complexity. 3) Results and conclusion Overall FollowLiker is an amazing tool for Instagram automation.
That’s honestly all I have to say. Just kidding. But seriously, this application is great. You can do something as simple as automating your Instagram account to creating a business automating 100’s of clients Instagram accounts and making $$$. In addition, the support from FollowLiker is great, the updates are frequent, I have never come across a bug and it gains me over 100+ followers a day so it’s hard to complain or say anything negative.
The main reason though why I truly do love this application is that it offers so much flexibility, there are no presets. You literally have to think about how you are targeting your demographic, who will want to follow you, like your images and engage with your page or business. 4) Free Instagram Automation Course So there it is, a full FollowLiker review done.
Nice one for reading till the end you’re golden. As my free gift to you for making it this far I have included free access to my Instagram automation for beginners guide which is a 45 minute course using FollowLiker. Hi Aaron, I just signed up for you course! I’m so disappointed that Instagress was shut down since I’ve had such great success with it. I started looking into follow liker and it just seems quite overwhelming and robust. That being said, one of my main questions is that with Instagress I use to run it JUST from my phone I would turn it “OFF” when i needed to post a photo or write comments myself (basically turn it off any time I personally was using the app), then I would turn it back on after.
Follow liker from what I can see needs a PC or can you log in from Safari from your iPhone with it? I am 100% MAC based but could run it from my PC although most of the day I’m not home how would this work? Also, if it was running from my MAC at home and I needed to use the app to post a photo, make a comment, etc. From my phone would this be not allowed?
I am trying to figure it all out before I purchase to see if this will even make sense for me. Instagress was just so simple:((((.
